Local Marine Technician, Sean Stuart, Earns National Marine Electronics Association Certification

Deltaville Boatyard technician, Sean Stuart, has earned the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) basic installer certification. This certification is awarded to those who have been installing NMEA products at least a year to date and are prepared to gain a more in-depth understanding of NMEA equipment. Technicians leave with a working knowledge of NMEA systems and ability to successfully troubleshoot, identify, repair, and/or replace problems within the equipment and network.

Stuart also holds a certification from Boening Automation Systems and is working towards his American Boat and Yacht Council Basic Electrical certification.
