Change oil and filters

Check freeze protection of engine coolant
Winterize engine(s)

DECOMMISSION GENERATOR:
Generator (fresh)

Check freeze protection of generator coolant
Generator (raw)

Change oil and filter
DECOMMISSION AIR CONDITIONERS:
Air conditioners

Remove sails
Clean and store sails
Remove drain plugs

Check stuffing box

#
Repack stuffing box

#
Remove and winterize outboard engines
Build frame
Install cover
Store bimini or dodger
Prepare trailer for boat
Check & lube: sea cocks

Check & lube: steering system
Check & lube: gate valves

Inspect running gear
Provide monthly bilge check special
Inspect bottom for blister voids delaminations
Inspect rudder for blister voids delaminations
Inspect hull and superstructure

All work is to be on a time and material basis. Please refer to the 
Deltaville Boatyard Winterization/Spring Commissioning Rate Schedule.
