About JCO

A small, seasonal kayak and paddle board rental business.

Run by Virginia natives, Heidi Ruse and Caitlin Blankenship. Heidi, the daughter of Keith Ruse, owner of Deltaville Boatyard, and Caitlin, lifelong friend, wanted to share their love of the water with residents and visitors of the Deltaville area. They thought that renting out kayaks and paddleboards would be a great opportunity to become young entrepreneurs and share their adoration for the water. Caitlin and Heidi are both rising seniors at Christchurch School and have lived in Middlesex, Va a majority of their lives. Both girls enjoy being on the water and are excited for Jackson Creek Outfitters!
